Delivery & Return Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Customized items may require an additional 1-3 days for personalization due to their unique nature.
• Shipping Methods: Choose from standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to you.

Returns:

• Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for non-customized items. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
• Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of customized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures each custom item is tailored specifically for you.
• Refunds: Eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the items. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: For non-customized items, if you require a different size or color, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.
